Shipping
Can I (or my courier) collect my parcel from your store?
You sure can! We have a "PICK UP" option and a "SEND YOUR OWN COURIER" shipping option which is free. (i.e no shipping or handling charges).
Can you leave the parcel if I am not home?
You can also specify additional shipping requests in the "Special Delivery Instructions" area during the checkout. You may want the post to leave the parcel at your front door, on a balcony, or behind a gate. Please note that any additional requests like this transfer the responsibility of the parcel to you. If the post advise us the parcel was left as requested and you cannot locate the parcel, it will be deemed as stolen and we will not be responsible for the theft. For security we recommend you let the delivery driver take the parcel back to the local post office for you to collect it there.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes we do. In fact, we ship world-wide! When placing your order, all you have to do is select the $9.95 Standard Shipping option. This will cover all Australia-wide orders For Standard Shipping times, please see our “Shipping Methods” page. Please Note: We can only deliver pre-inflated balloons within the Sydney Metro Area
How long do you take to deliver my order?

Shipping times depend on the shipping option you choose and your location.

How much does it cost to have some items shipped to my country?

You can order directly through our website if you are in Australia, Christmas Island, New Zeland, Singapore, United Kingdom, USA & Canada. If you are in another country please email us  to organize your order and one of our friendly staff members will take you through the order process.

I add up all the shipping costs on the picking slip you put with my order and it doesnt add up to the total shipping cost?
Shipping for express orders is a formula which is a fixed cost to your postcode plus a cost per gram. Each line on the picking slip only shows the cost per gram and does not include the fixed cost. If you add up all the costs on each line of your picking slip this will be the total variable cost of your parcel but does not include the fixed component.
I haven't received my order yet, where is it?

You order will likely be delivered to you within the times specified on our "Shipping Page". If you haven't received it within this time login to your account. Once logged in click "Past Orders" and it will show if the order has been sent or is in some other status. If the order has been sent, then click "Track Your Order" to find where it is. If your order tracking shows that the post tried to deliver your order but you were not home, it should state the local post office where your parcel is waiting for you to pick it up. If you're still having trouble locating your parcel please call us for more info.

I need my order earlier than your shipping options will allow, is there any way to get my order to me faster?

Yes, we can organize a super express service to get your order "same day" in some cases.

Please call us on (02) 9529 2133 if this is required and we will investigate the costs associated with this type of delivery and advise you of the costs.

If I order 2 items, do I pay $11 postage on each item or only on the 1 parcel?
For shipping within Australia using regular post we charge $11 as a flat rate. This is $11 regardless of how many items you add to your order. If you select a different shipping option charges apply based on the weight of the total order. If you select a different shipping option, charges apply based on the weight of the total order. To find out the cost of other shipping options, add the items you want to order to your shopping cart and then at the first stage of the checkout you will be asked to select a shipping options. Here you will be given you shipping cost when you click the "Calculate Shipping" button.
If I order more than 1 item, does my standard shipping cost go up?

If I order some items, will they arrive in time for my event?

We recommend that you place your order on our website selecting the appropriate shipping option that will get the order to you before your event. My order should fit in an post satchel which costs less than $11 so can you send in a satchel?
Unfortunately the $11 Regular Post shipping option is the cheapest shipping option we offer. Satchels or envelopes may be cheaper shipping options however since we have handling costs to prepare your order, we would still charge $11 for this option. As such we do not offer these options since our regular parcel post service is a much better service for you.
What happens if I am not home when my parcel is delivered?

If a delivery is made when you are not home, the parcel is taken to your local post office to await collection. You are usually left a note from the delivery driver to advise which local post office it was taken to but if you are unsure you can track your parcel by logging into your account (the post office will send you a note if the parcel is unclaimed and if it remains unclaimed for 3 consecutive weeks they send it back to us.

Can I come and purchase items from your store?
Do you have costumes for hire?
We carry a large variety of costumes and these are sold at prices which are cheaper than hiring. We do not hire costumes, so we have lowered our prices to allow you to wear the costume only once and spend less than hiring.
What are your trading hours?
Our store trading hours are Monday to Saturday - 9AM to 5 PM, Thursday - 9AM to 8PM and Sunday 10AM to 3 PM (Drummoyne only). Our online store is open 24/7 !

Refunds
I have received my parcel and part of my order is damaged/defective. What can be done to resolve this issue?
As we pride ourselves on customer service, we appreciate it when we are informed of a a problem with an order! On the rare chance that an items is damaged, you will need to email us a photo of the damaged item showing the damaged/faulty item within 7 days of receiving the order we will contact you immediately with a speedy solution.
Ordering
I am looking to order a large quantity of product(s), how long does this take?
If you are ordering a large quantity of an item we recommend ordering a number of weeks in advance. We don’t carry large quantities of stock in store and may need to order more in for you. The time this takes varies from product to product but can take up to a month for some suppliers. If you would like to make sure we can get the quantity in that you need please give us a call on 02 9529 2133 and speak to one of our friendly staff members!
Do you accept Cheques?
We do not accept cheques. Please use one of our other shipping options.
I am looking at ordering a number of different items. Can you give me a price?
Please add all the items to your shopping cart and and it will give you the total price of your order.
I am not an Australian resident. Can I still place an order?

I just place an order and accidentally left something out. Help me!

Easily fixed! All you need to do is call us on (02) 9529 2133, or email us and we will add the item to your order. As our website is 100% secure we will need to get your credit card details to pay for the additional item.

Once I have placed my order, how long will it take to get to me?
Shipping times are put into place the day after your parcel is dispatched from our store. You can find approximate shipping times on our website. If you would like a more accurate delivery time, please call/email our store and we will be able to calculate one for you.
Balloons
Can I just walk in and order balloons the day I need them?
Yes! You can walk in and wait while we inflate your balloons however, we recommend you pre-book your balloons instead. On busy days, wait times are lengthy so to save you the hassle, pre-booking is the way to go. This can be done over the phone or instore with our balloon team. Please note latex balloons can only be done on the spot if they are being used on the same day. This is due to the short float time of latex balloons.
Do you have Helium tanks for sale?

How do I order balloons and balloon decorations?
Your balloons can be ordered over the phone or instore with our balloons team. Balloons ordered on the website are uninflated only and prices do not include helium. For helium inflation you must call or visit our store to place your order. Please Note: - We can only deliver inflated balloons to the Sydney Metro Area. - We require at least 5 days’ notice for any arches or garlands. It is recommended you call ahead of your event and lock this in with our team. That way all the stock is ordered, ready to create your masterpiece! - As for table centrepieces, we require 48 hours notice for these. - All arches and structure set ups require on site inflation and set up for at least one hour. Please check with your venue first whether this is an option.
How long do balloons last?
Our untreated 30cm helium inflated latex balloons last 10-14 hours depending on conditions (and must be picked up/delivered on the same day they are needed) however we can treat them at extra cost to allow them to last for 24 hours so you can pick them up the day before they are needed. Our foils/mylar balloons have a guaranteed float time of 48 hours and can often can last weeks depending on conditions. Speak to our friendly balloons team when you place your order about the best pick up time for your event. NOTE: We cannot guarantee the flight times of balloons purchased from other retailers.
I have inspiration for a balloon structure, can you make this for me?

We certainly can! Our balloon artists train balloon shops all around Australia so you have come to the right place! There is no limit to what can be done with balloons, contact us to discuss your needs with a balloon artist.

Halloween
When is the new shipment of Halloween stock arriving?
As we import most of our Halloween range, we will add these new products as soon as they are ordered from the manufacturer and you can pre-order them. We will add more and more items to our website all the way through the year up to the end of October so please stay tuned to view our new items as they are added to our site! Note: We often sell out of Halloween products so you are recommended to pre-order the items as soon as they appear on our website! The best way to do this is to place an order and ask us to hold it back till closer to Halloween so you can place additional orders (we will not charge you shipping more than once).
