My order should fit in an post satchel which costs less than $9.95 so can you send in a satchel?

Unfortunately the $9.95 Regular Post shipping option is the cheapest shipping option we offer. Satchels or envelopes may be cheaper shipping options however since we have handling costs to prepare your order, we would still charge $9.95 for this option. As such we do not offer these options since our regular parcel post service is a much better service for you.
