I haven't received my order yet, where is it?

You order will likely be delivered to you within the times specified on our "Shipping Page".


If you havent received it within this time login to your order at www.thepartypeople.com.au/accounts/login. Once logged in click "Past Orders" and it will show if the order has been sent or is in some other status. If the order has been sent, then click "Track Your Order" to find where it is. If your order tracking shows that the post tried to deliver your order but you were not home, it should state the local post office where your parcel is waiting for you to pick it up.
