You may want the post to leave the parcel at your front door, on a balcony, or behind a gate. Please note that any additional requests like this transfer the responsibility of the parcel to you. If the post advise us the parcel was left as requested and you cannot locate the parcel, it will be deemed as stolen and we will not be responsible for the theft. For security we recommend you let the delivery driver take the parcel back to the local postoffice for you to collect it there.
