What happens if I am not home when my parcel is delivered?

If a delivery is made when you are not home, the parcel is taken to your local post office to await collection. You are usually left a note from the delivery driver to advise which local post office it was taken to but if you are unsure you can track your parcel by logging in at www.thepartypeople.com.au/accounts/login. (the post office will send you a note if the parcel is unclaimed and if it remains unclaimed for 3 consecutive weeks they send it back to us.
