I have received my parcel and part of my order is damaged/defective. What can be done to resolve this issue?
As we pride ourselves on customer service, we appreciate it when we are informed of a a problem with an order!
On the rare chance that an items is damaged, you will need to email us a photo of the damaged item showing the damaged/faulty item within 7 days of receiving the order we will contact you immediately with a speedy solution.
