Management at The Party People Shop reserve the right to refuse to refund your purchases should you change your mind. No refund will be given for wigs, hats or masks for hygienic reasons. No responsibility is taken by The Party People Shop if the products are not received or do not arrive in the condition they were sold and there will be no refund given if this is the case. If a refund is given there is a $5 processing charge to cover accounting expenses. No refund will be given on delivery costs and any costs incurred from return of the parcel including postage or courier costs.
